Bernie King
Founder & Director of King & Co.
For 20 years, I have been on a journey, working closely with businesses like yours and people like you. Every step of the way has been a valuable experience, and I wouldn't change a thing. It feels like just yesterday when I began my working journey crossing many business sectors including Hospitality, Accounting and Finance and Advertising before finding the sweet spot of Human Resources and assisting global recruitment companies on expanding their service provisions to clients.
Since then, I have seen the future of work evolve from command and control to collaborate and innovate, and most recently, becoming ‘remotely connected.
Through my journey I have worked closely with a vast variety of business within industries including mining, manufacturing, corporate, government and not for profit. I enjoy working with all the businesses and people we support and grow, from the ones that like to get their hands dirty to the ones that enjoy sitting in a comfy chair in an air conditioned office.
I have completed the Misconduct Investigation Training Level 1–4 through OSACO Group, covering areas such as risk assessment, survivor-centred interviewing, evidence analysis and investigation report writing.
